1. 14-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery and receive a 100% refund.
To be eligible:
- The return request must be raised within 14 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- The product must be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any signs of use.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.

2. 14-Day Free Size Exchange
Ordered the wrong size? We've got you covered.
You can request one free size exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
Exchange Conditions
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Only one free size exchange is allowed per order.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability.
- If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose a full refund or store credit.
How to request an exchange

- The word "Exchange"

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order Number
- Clear photos, videos of the product
- Photos, videos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
After verification, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued after the returned product successfully passes our quality inspection.
Refund Timeline
Prepaid Orders
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Cash on Delivery Orders
Refunds will be made via UPI or Bank Transfer within 5–7 business days after approval.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still use our 14-Day Money Back Guarantee or 14-Day Free Size Exchange, provided the product meets the eligibility criteria.
If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
HIMAVAT reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any prepaid amount will be fully refunded.
6. Reverse Pickup
We'll arrange a reverse pickup wherever our courier partner provides the service.
If reverse pickup isn't available at your location, you'll be requested to self-ship the product to our return address. Reasonable courier charges will be reimbursed after verification.
7. Free Delivery
We offer FREE delivery across India on all orders above ₹799.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or remote locations.
8. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible PIN codes across India.
HIMAVAT reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or orders based on delivery feasibility or previous order history.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or incorrect:
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
- Gift cards.
- Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, misuse, or damage after delivery.
- Products returned without original tags or packaging.
